  • Should have own Car with valid Rego and Insurance

    • A tow bar (if currently you don’t have, don’t worry)

    • Able to tow a trailer (if you don’t, we will teach you)

 -About Salary

  • Gross hourly salary includes super contribution of 10% and thereafter subjected to PAYG on your TFN from ATO

  • Hired as a casual employee and not entitled for annual leave or sick leaves 

Trainee       Gross Hourly Salary $30/hour

-Willing to learn & upgrade with tickets

-Upgrade to Junior 1

  • Learned to confidently handle trailer

  • Must have a Victorian Driver’s Licensce 

  • Must have a National Police Check & Clearance

  • Must have a Medical Assessment Check

  • Tickets contractors white card (to obtain before training ends)

  • Tickets first aid (to obtain before training ends)

  • Review 5 Star x 5

  • Usually 3months or a minimum of 100 jobs

Junior 1        Gross Hourly Salary $31.50/hour

-Must have own car with tow bar

-Activated Product, Review & Travel Allowance (Determined by Office)

-Upgrade to Junior 2

  • Review 5 Star x 10

  • Recommendation by peers 

  • Usually 6months or minimum 200 jobs

 

Junior 2        Gross Hourly Salary $32.50/hour

-Upgrade to Junior 3

  • Tickets Work Safely at Height (RIIWHS204D)

  • Review 5 Star x 25

  • Recommendation by peers 

  • Usually 12months 

Junior 3       Gross Hourly Salary $33.50/hour

-Responsible for Juniors 1, Junior 2 & Trainers

-Upgrade to Senior

  • Learned to perform duct repair, relocation and installation

  • Tickets Work Safely at Height (RIIWHS204D)

  • Review 5 Star x 50

  • Recommendation by peers 

  • Usually 24months


Senior        Gross Hourly Salary $34/hour 

-Responsible training for Juniors and Trainers

-Upgrade Pay

  • Tickets Work in Confined Space

  • Review 5 Star x 100

  • Recommendation by peers & supervisor

  • Usually 36months 


Supervisor Gross Hourly Salary $35/hour

-Responsible for a team

-Tickets speciality for the HVAC industry

-Estimated calculations based on average residential jobs

-Gross Hourly Salary includes super contribution of 10% and thereafter subjected to PAYG on your TFN from ATO




[Gross Hourly  Salary Example Estimate Calculation]

Average is 1-3jobs/day of 3-5hours/job

Trainer $30 x 2jobs/day x 3hours/job 

= $180/day x 6 days = $1080/week 

*Before less PAYG

 

Junior 1  $31.50 x 2jobs/day x 3hours/job 

= $189 + $10travel allowance x 2 

= $209/day x 6 days = $1254/week

*Before less PAYG

(Activated travel allowance for jobs above 30km from CBD, earn extra by selling 

products, getting 5 star reviews & be an ambassador)

 


-Earn Extra once you reach Junior 1

  • Selling products to customer on site ~ $5-15

  • Getting 5 Star Reviews ~ $5

  • Be an ambassador on social media ~ $5/post. Max payout $50/week (by invitation only based on your quality of photos and written or spoken english)

 

-Satisfaction Guaranteed

  • If a job is not done to standard and customer complaints, you will have to return to the job site to rectify until the customer is 100% satisfied. No pay or travel allowance would be given for follow up jobs that are due to negligence.

 

-Follow Up

  • If a job is not finished and has to be completed the next day ie Other Work Related jobs, the company will have the right to decide the # hours for that follow up job allocation. 

 

-Deductions

  • You would be responsible for a trailer and any damages incur to that trailer would be your responsibility including fines, damage trailer, damaged equipment’s, loss of equipment’s and etc

  • If you do not upload a minimum of 20 photos/videos of before and after images to Tradify you will get a deduction of travel allowance for that day and if after the job there is a complaint about the job, you will be penalized if you didn’t take a before job defect photo. Ask us if you are not clear 

Minimum photos / videos

  • 10 Before Job Photos

    • Walk way (carpet, floors, walls, stains, dents, etc)

    • Registers (not fitted correctly, gaps, stains, etc)

  • 8 Return Air Vent ( 4 Before + 4 After )

  • 8 Supply Air Vent ( 4 Before + 4 After )

  • 4 Unit ( 2 Before + 2 After )

  • Not reporting daily DSS or banking in Cash late (deduction and penalties applies)

 

-Penalties

  • You will be penalized by allocation or assigning less jobs or not upgrade pay level or termination if 

    • Constantly receiving 3 stars reviews and below 

    • Late for work 

    • Constant Absenteeism after job assign

    • Damages to trailer & Equipment

    • Not taking before & after photos

    • Not reporting daily DSS or banking in Cash late (deduction and penalties applies) and Covid safe forms

 

**Under the training period usually 4weeks or a minimum of 20 jobs. 

**To upgrade pay needs more tickets, reviews, jobs and peer recommendations.

**We will try our best to assign jobs closed to your residence

**Do notify us at least 4weeks in advance if you plan a holiday or are not available
